The harm to the animal and the environment, and the potential harm to my body if I consumed it. Its not hard then to walk away from the decadent strawberry shortcake in the office. (although that would not be so hard to make into a vegan version. Or Google factory farms. And check out Forks Over Knives. Leave a R...

Homemade Marshmallows | The Eating
https://theeating96.wordpress.com/2014/04/14/homemade-marshmallows
In the pursuit of all things delicious! Why I Went Vegan →. Recently my boss brought in some homemade marshmallows to the office. They were amazing, fluffy, white, sweet puffs of deliciousness. I was inspired to make them myself as I love marshmallow everything! I used Alton Browns Marshmallow recipe. Also, don’t expect to eat them right away! They need to cool for at least 4 hours before you can cut them out and devour them. It was hard to wait! April 14, 2014. This entry was posted in Sweet Things.

Spicebush Log: Bug-Sized Peepers
http://spicebush.blogspot.com/2015/07/bug-sized-peepers.html
Saturday, July 18, 2015. Spring peepers are small and loud. In spring, a chorus of high-pitched calls from dozens or hundreds of peepers emanate from every wetland, but they are nearly impossible to see. Adult male peepers defend breeding territories of just 4 to 16 inches in diameter- a good indicator of their small size. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Ellensnyder1 AT gmail.com.
