With changes to make them even more scrummy. 25g cut mixed peel. 1/2 tsp mixed spice. 40g butter (soft enough to spread). Mix fruit in a bowl and add 25ml of hot water, a mixture of ruby port and hot water or 100 per cent port. Cover with cling film and soak for at least an hour - longer is better. To the stone circle at Avebury, on the way back from visiting a friend in Brinkworth. A cold, foggy morning so I thought it would be worth stopping for a few photos. He's a Land Artist, similar to Andy Goldsworthy. In fact he acknowledges that, studying Goldsworthy's work and using it as a launching pad for new ideas.
