But this is an awesome nail tutorial that you can do for Halloween, and even mix and match colors for a messy neon effect. 1 White polish (or base color). 2 Red polish (or other! Red is obviously for a blood look). 3 Q-tip or Tape. 4 Nail polish remover. 5 Small tube straw. How to do it:. 1 Paint your nails the base color.

I got it cut above my shoulders my freshman year of college and have tried and tried to get it back to being super long. Step 1: Get the right shampoo and conditioner. Step 2: Stop washing every day! Tuesday, August 16, 2011. Welp So long, New York! I officially said goodbye on Saturday and am back in beautiful, clean, green Michigan. I of course will always have a special piece of myself devoted and in love with the big city, but it sure feels good to be back home. Two nights before we left (and after our little shopping spree), I went to dinner with my roomies and my roommate's mom and her boyfriend.
