Baling large bales

Baling of chopped / milled straw for animal- bedding or feedstuff. Stratek offers you stationary balers for e.g. 20 kg bales of chopped straw, wood shavings or lucerne. High-density balers for straw bales up to 350 kgs. The bales are predominantly wrapped in polyethylene- or stretch film. The balers can be supplied semi - or fully automated including palletizer and stretch film wrapping. Validate on XHTML and CSS.

VETYFON is a modern reversed jet filter with remarkable qualities for filtration of dry and sticky dust particles. The VETYFON filter is particularly suitable for handling dusts, when the raw materials are straw or hay. The filter is delivered with a buffer for e.g. straw - or hay dust. The dust is discharged through the bottom by means of a rotary valve and an auger for disposal or re-introduction into a process like e.g. a pellet mill or a briquetting press. Change of bags from the side or from the top.

Automatic digital moisture meter for quick and accurate determination. Of the water content in hay and straw. Avoid fungal attack, fermentation and self-ignition by knowing the correct moisture content before storage. Digital read-out of moisture contents between 10-80%. Standard spear length 25 or 50 cm. Accuracy: Approx. 1%. Separate handle w/ core. Agrotec 200 electronic weighing scale. For the individual metering of components into the mixer. Large display w/ 80 mm tall digits.
