Windle valley youth project. Smoothie Bike at Deepcut RLC Corps Show. Everyone had fun on the smoothie bike at the RLC Corps Show in Deepcut. Families, young people and young children all joined in using the bike encouraging physical fitness combined with healthy eating. Special thanks to young helpers Liam and Louis, (and Peppa Pig!
