I recommend it to anyone who wants to be stronger and healthier. The Russian Lion, as he is known, lived to a great age of 90. It’s amazing to see the benefits of weightlifting whilst reading his life story. He was know for many of his strength feats and his records either still hold today, or have been beaten by only the smallest of margins.
