On July 17, 2014. Tonight I worked up to a 1RM conventional DL. 135 x a few. 225 x a few. 275 x a few. This is the most I have really ever pulled conventional. When I was powerlifting, I would have switched to sumo by the time I got to this weight. After this I did some other movements, but nothing too exciting. Posted in Training log. On July 11, 2014.
