The musings of a single Mom raising two boys and their journey. Fitness (CrossFit), health, food, love and living well hope to be featured prominently. On where I have been and why I almost quit CrossFit. Then a good friend of mine told me that I was wrong and that I had just been unlucky enough to go to two bad boxes and to carry on. I love my rock of a man. I am grateful to be surrounded by his love and strength. I am blessed to be accepted by this family that loves so well. Peace, Love and Strength.
