A Hardcore Workout Training Blog. November 9, 2007. So Last posts workout was ok – not one of my best. But I managed to get through it. I did cable push-downs, close-grip bench, standing dumbell curls, weighted dips, standing EZ bar curls, incline curls, and decline skull-crushers. I weighed myself yesterday and somehow I have dropped another 5 pounds! Not good. I am now down around 205 – 207. So I need to increase the calories and be a bit more consistent. Today is completely shoulders! Leg Day Was Great.

Just another fitness related blog. Back and Biceps Routine. Yesterday was back and biceps. I trained them with john and We kicked some butt. And we did a ton of exercises. Here’s what we hit (in order):. 8211; 1 arm dumbell rows. 8211; Standing, alternating, dumbell curls. 8211; Incline curls. 8211; Bent over barbell rows. 8211; Lat pull downs. 8211; Bent over rope pulls (lats). 8211; EZ bar curls. 8211; T-Bar rows. We were both very exhausted by the end. My biceps are sore already! December 20, 2007.

I hope to gain a few pounds in the next three months before it’s time to begin cutting for the Shredder on June 3, 2008. It consists of 6 meals a day, and about 300 grams of protein.
