Any way, another free pattern for you, don't say I'm any thing but nice ;-). Inspired by a bag I saw at a recent craft fair, this bag is made from a new yarn called Hoopla, made from selvedge material from t-shirt making. Its a very stretch jersey type material and is surprisingly easy to work with and lends its self to crochet very well! Row 1) DC in 2.

Sunday, 27 January 2013. Had a good week, this knitting to blog deadline suits me well, plus not casting on some thing new is reason to knit faster! Started off the week by blocking my Hypernova shawl I finished last week. I didn't pin it out along its entire length, just did the flared ends and its come out really nice, again, didn't take long once I set to it! Hmm yes I know, we are now in to the New Year and I'm still not blogging much, but in my defence, I do home school three kids, and we got a dog, and my free time is taken up by knitting, so you know. The only editing I did to the design was to add on Jasmine's Name and Date of Birth, I just used some of the left over threads from the kit so it contrasted well with the design. That thing called life crept up n bit me on the backside for a while so crafts went on hold, but am back and have been crafting again. Here's some progress on stuff. My forest canopy shawl, this is about half way complete now, currently up to 123 sts on the pins and half way through the 6th pattern repeat. Still really enjoying this one! When a very good friend and customer of mine asks if I can create her a unique jewellery set to compliment a stole she's making I jumped at the challenge and this is what I created! A simple yet elegant charm bracelet made with simple tibetan silver charms and some very dark beads with a beautiful almost peacock colour type sheen! Sunday, 15 July 2007. Well as you can see by the lack of postings etc I have been somewhat absent, I have been rather busy lately, but not crafting as much I would like! I started a new job hence my absence as I have taken a bit of time to get in to the swing of juggling work, house, 3 kids and crafts but I'm getting there!
