Home 센터소식 홍보 및 보도자료. 체계적으로 정리한 '뇌졸중 진료지침' 나왔다. 체계적으로 정리한 '뇌졸중 진료지침' 나왔다. 국내 사망원인 2위를 차지하는 ‘뇌졸중’에 대한 임상 진료지침이 처음으로 마련됐다.보건복지가족부 지정 뇌졸중임상연구센터. 연구책임자 서울대병원 신경과 윤병우교수)는 뇌졸중에 대한 그동안의 과학적 근거를 체계적으로 정리한 ‘뇌졸중 진료지침’을 제정했다고 30일 밝혔다. 진료지침은 뇌졸중에 대해 일차예방 급성기진료 이차예방 등으로 각기 정리했다. 일차예방은 조절할 수 없는 위험인자, 입증된 조절가능 위험인자, 조절가능한 잠재적 위험인자, 아스피린의 뇌졸중 일차예방 등으로 지침이 세분화됐다. 조절할 수 없는 위험인자로는 나이와 성(性), 출생시 저체중, 유전적 요인 등이며, 조절가능 위험인자에는 고혈압과 흡연, 당뇨병, 심방세동, 기타 심장질환, 이상지질혈증, 무증상 경동맥 협착, 폐경후 호르몬 치료, 식이와 영양 등이 꼽혔다.

Home 센터소식 홍보 및 보도자료. 뇌졸중 예방 장기적 대책 필요.신약 접근성 강화해야. 국민정보 쿠키 미디어는 지난달 18일 ‘뇌졸중 예방 패러다임의 변화’를 주제로 12번째 고품격 건강사회 만들기 토론회를 개최 했습니다. 통계청에 따르면 뇌졸중은 국내 사망원인 중 두 번째로 우리 국민 건강을 심각하게 위협하는 중대질환이 되고 있습니다. 특히 최근 고령화와 함께 뇌졸중 환자가 증가하면서 사회적인 문제까지 대두되고 있는 실정입니다. 이번 토론회는 뇌졸중으로 임한 사회경제적인 부단 경감대책과 뇌졸중예방 방안 등을 모색하기 위해 마련됐습니다. 뇌졸중은 어떤 질환이고, 국내 질환 현황은? 환자들의 뇌졸중의료비,약제비 부담은 어느 정도인가? 윤병우:뇌졸중을 치료하기 위해서는 평생 약을 먹어야 하기 때문에 이에 따른 경제적인 부담이 상당히 높다. 특히, 뇌졸중 환자 대부분이 노인들인데 이들이 약값을 자진 부담하는 경우보다는 자식이나 보호자에게 의존하는 경우가 늘고 있다.
