I recently read an article about a school in Oakland, CA that saw that the number of Black children getting suspended is disproprotionate to the other races so the Principal enacted a rule that Black and Hispanic children could not be suspended by the teachers, the principal had to discipline and make decisions for these races. The teachers can still discipline and suspend white and Asian kids. When are these kids going to be disciplined? So you meet someone.
