Not your average Bear! W-pu 49 kg och Stock-pers! Lite snurrigt efter, höll kvar i toppen så att jag var säker, ett rungande pers (även utan ökad bw mot senast) hur som och det enbart av volymträning i 3 månader. Avslutningsvis så ökade jag på stockperset idag med 5 kg till 92 kg med en push press och vände även upp 102 kg, den ska jag nog kunna jerka innan utesäsongen är över. Och jag rekommenderar inte att du gör nåt som imponerar (jag kan gräva fram resultaten) - du riskerar starkt att inflammera bicepsfästet. Men en singel på 5-10 över stötpers som du gör är säkert en bra ide. Hahaha, tur att jag inte såg det här innan passet i förmiddags! Jag tror mera du ska tänka 8x107 på 50 sek, eller nåt sånt.
