Friday, September 11, 2015. A lot of people have posted a lot of opinions about the recent "Dear Fat People" YouTube video. I wasn't going to say anything because I feel like it is unnecessarily mean and it gives the mean person power. But it made me think. Think about the stereotypes of people who are overweight and what they can or cannot do and will or will not do. And it made me think about how mean I can be, especially to myself. Used to need a seat belt extender on airplanes. Sits all day at work.

March 23, 2015. So after a period of being slightly missing in action I’m back. Since December I started exercising again…it was a slow start. I decided that I will only start writing updates if I can continue my exercise program. Pancakes, cold weather and parking garages. June 10, 2014. It has been freezing this side of the globe. Think snow on mountains cold. As we all know cold weather required comfort food. Comfort food requires planning to ensure that not all the good work off the last few months is wasted. This motivated me to search for good comfort food.
