http://alexmaniatis.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 14, 2010. Conditions are the exact opposite of what is pictured below, grey skies, cold offshore winds and constant showers of rain. On the positive side, there is still a bit of swell around; 2-3 foot on absolute bombs (smaller in protected locations). Hopefully with these winter conditons comes a winter swell. I know a few surfers and especially me are itching to dust of the cob-webs on our bigger boards. A session from a while back ( photo taken by Tom Woods). Sunday, June 13, 2010. I was...

Alex Maniatis-Surf Blog: May 2010
http://alexmaniatis.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 27, 2010. Strong southerly winds picked up along our shores late last night resulting in a significant increase in swell. Surfed Diggers today at around 10 o'clock and was wild, messy and closing out. Swell is around the 4-5 foot mark with moderate to strong SW-SE winds. While today was quite average, tomorrow is looking promising; light SW winds 3-4 foot, especially on the high tide- around 10 o'clock. CLICK HERE FOR VID: www.youtube.com/watch? Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Waves to be had!

Alex Maniatis-Surf Blog: Ice Cubes
http://alexmaniatis.blogspot.com/2010/06/ice-cubes.html
Sunday, June 13, 2010. Winter has definately arrived on our shores! Today the waves are extremely weak, with awfully chilly South West wind. S and gloomy grey skies. The swell is around the 3 foot mark in protected corners; swell magnets are slightly bigger as the swell is pushing south. Predictions are not looking very exciting for the next week as it is foecasted to drop. Photo above was taken by STsurfimages. More of this session can be viewed at.
