Retweets have always been useful to share funny links or things that people you follow say. Even useful when someone mentions you saying how cool you are. But I am puzzled when I see people tweeting celebrities asking for retweets. Some asking for good luck with exams, massively brown nosing or even asking for a ‘birthday present’ retweet. Since when has a retweet meant so much to people?
