DIMA's Blog: May 2010
http://dimathecat.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 30, 2010. Old Stuff (part 2). Some stills and early renders from Photocopy, a film that I worked on in ADA1. Not too sure if I can put the film online yet, as that would forfeit its festival eligibility. Old Stuff (part 1). Gesture drawings were never my strength, although I do feel that I've made some massive improvements in the area. Strangely enough, I find it much easier to do gesture using less conventional gesture tools, such as paints or chalk, as oppose to charcoal or pencil. This is ...
DIMA's Blog: April 2010
http://dimathecat.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Sunday, April 25, 2010. So, I came up with a place to put the title of the film, all in all, it will be appearing in the 4th scene of the movie, which is a bit strange, I suppose, but it will hopefully turn out ok. And here are some of the high-action scenes, with explosions and stuff. Thursday, April 22, 2010. Http:/ www.youtube.com/watch? Wednesday, April 7, 2010. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). DIMA's Blog: TLSE Spaceman
http://dimathecat.blogspot.com/2010/07/tlse-spaceman.html
Sunday, July 25, 2010. Early stages of the Spaceman character model for the Latest Show Ever intro that I'm working on. Also tried some coloring of the still in photoshop, just trying to get used to using the tablet again, as its been a while. The model itself is still pretty early, I need to put a lot of extra detail into it, the backpack is pretty much just a placeholder box, that needs a lot more detail, also the boots are just a general shape as well as some other stuff here and there.

DIMA's Blog: Normal mapping fun-fun
http://dimathecat.blogspot.com/2010/10/normal-mapping-fun-fun.html
Monday, October 4, 2010. I'm finally getting the hang of normal mapping, used it for some fairly basic stuff here. This is still non-final stages of this set, there needs to be a few more details and I still have to figure out the lighting. The bottom one is a bit more recent, the top is a bit too bright and empty, but I think you can better make out the texture work. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. DIMA's Blog: Toast Cat
http://dimathecat.blogspot.com/2010/06/toast-cat.html
Saturday, June 12, 2010. Toast Cat (also known as Paul). Based this on my girlfriend's doodle, that you can see below. I always wanted to model something based on one of her drawings, starting pretty simple though. But I will, at some stage, work on something more complicated. Here is a link to Verna's blog:. http://dimathecat.blogspot.com/2011/05/project-origin-prop-modelspart-1.html
Sunday, May 29, 2011. Project Origin Prop Models(part 1). Here is the first batch of the renders of the props that I made while working on project Origin. The work was done for Souljacker Media Production and the actual project is being directed by James Stacey. At the moment the short film is nearing completion and is looking pretty sweet. May 30, 2011 at 2:50 AM. Now you should put up a show-reel! And a description of yourself, otherwise Ill end up writing something silly for you. Not yet, but SOON.

Polyservices The future of microservices. Microservices is all the talk these days, with everyone having something to say about how to do it, what to avoid, when it's appropriate, right down to how small a microservice should be.
