My journey for a baby and other things…. Wow how moody am I? Not even started menopausal injections yet (that’s tomorrow) scared nervous and excited however my eyes leak at every moment, I can’t stop them- leaking as I write this 😢😢😢. Making babies should be fun, quite frankly this the least fun thing I can think about…. How am I going to keep my stress levels down when the can’t stop beating myself up about it? Someone was telling me how it took 6mths to get pregnant , try 7.5 years! May 21, 2016.

So tomorrow is day 4 of my cycle so I’ll be off to get a massive amount of blood taken for the clinic including the 80 test that I can’t really remember what it’s for? Its also lambing season on our farm, my most emotionally draining time 😞. How do I feel? February 11, 2016. Such a mix of emotion after today’s appointment? Basically, the diet is no caffeine, no sugar, no gluten, no dairy, no alcohol. I’m fine with the caffeine and alcohol. Dairy I can handle. But sugar and gluten – ahhhh! I do think I slipped a bit today when I was in a pinch and needed to have something for lunch. I cooked a frozen black bean burger and saw that it wasn’t gluten-free. Sumbitch. But no worries here. IVF #3 – It’s Over. After the scare of having cysts last week, we were told that we could move forward with the IVF cycle. Started Lupron, Gonal-F, and Menopur. At the next appointment days later, they did not see any cysts yet saw six follicles growing, one measurable. Hopes raised. But the estrogen number was low.
