And chilling events during ASC 2's tour in Rwanda was the massacre at Kibeho Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Camp on 22 Apr 95. Many of our own people were in place to provide medical care to the 80,000 or so IDPs at the camp when the massacre occurred. Between 2 and 8,000 people were killed. The Rwandan Government decided it would forcibly close all IDP camps in order to return civilians to their home communes.

He obeyed, and the gooey, reeking mess splattered all over his naked body. As he grimaced, the shit-men convulsed with laughter. Monday, May 5, 2008. CENTRAL CONFLICTS 18 - 20. Mark talks about voodoo and superstitions. When he was 5 years old, or so, he would ask questions and just listen. At age 7, he is now able to have a mind of his own and to know the truth. This chapter was mainly about the police. Mark's mother gets mad every time he thinks about the police. The one time he doesn't think about them, they arrest his Uncle Piet.- - -Where ever you went in Alexandria, the police were always around you, somewhere.
