She was a wonderful soul who walked amongst us, with breathtaking charm and beauty. She was married to Wildy, yes, my grandfather's name was Wildy! I have so much more to post from this wedding, but wanted to share a few. Monday, October 27, 2008. Abraham Lincoln said, "Nothing valuable can ever be lost by taking time.". Thursday, May 29, 2008. Shoting for Laura Novak. I'm so excited to shoot for Laura Novak. This Saturday. She's based out of Wilmington, Deleware and has the most beautiful taste and photographic eye! I went to a seminar she was speaking at earlier this year and loved her sense of grace and ability to offer other photographers tools to being successful. I can't wait to shoot with her at one of her beautiful weddings! Saturday, May 24, 2008. Anna and Collin TBM July 18, 2008. Click any image to enlarge:.

studio 188 photography: June 2008
http://studio188photography.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 30, 2008. This past weekend I traveled to a little town in South Dakota to shoot a wedding. I'll post images from the wedding soon! My assistant and I stopped at one point so I could get a shot of this bright colorful toy grouping. I guess it's a testament to always keep your eyes open, you never know when something else will come up. As I came back to the car Ashley said, "Look, Doll butts! It's just a funny shot of a store that sells 2nd hand goods. Shot #1 that led to "Doll Butts". Given ...

Sunday, August 31, 2008. My Friends in Louisiana. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone I met while in Louisiana this past April. This morning I spoke with the family I bonded with while in Louisiana. They evacuated out of Arabi, a city about 45 minutes out of New Orleans, an area that was hit hardest by the flooding in 2005. They arrived in Mississippi Friday evening and are praying and hoping for the best. Ms. Joycelyn, I'm thankful you are in a safe place! The St. Bernard Project. Someday I'll get...

http://studio188photography.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 30, 2008. Busy like a bee. So much going on, so much in store! I could write a novel. When I decided to pursue my photography full time, I knew it would be hard work, needing an open mind and complete dedication to an entity. This last month has been a total whirlwind. And as March has come and gone, April will be more eventful and monumentous than any other month this year could bring. Hope you are all well and take care! Saturday, March 15, 2008. Friday, November 7, 2008. Jessica and Ryan, part 2. Jessica and Ryan really had an amazing wedding day! Jessica's family incorporated their Hawaiian heritage by flying in leis from Hawaii. The wedding was outdoors at the Chaska Park Ridge Conference Center. It was a perfect backdrop for the fall leaves. Congratulations on such a terrific day! studio 188 photography: December 2007
http://studio188photography.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 2, 2007. I shot a family portrait over the Thanksgiving weekend. There was a gaggle of wee-ones and I couldn't have spent the day doing anything else! Thanks for braving the cold and wind! We traveled to see family over the Thanksgiving weekend. Along the way I stopped to take a few shots with my old Minolta, I loaded it with some film and took a few shots. It's great shooting with film again! And yes, that is Ravioli in her hair. Happy Birthday sweetheart! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
