This 1920’s residence in Seattle’s Mount Baker neighborhood was renovated to include an updated gourmet kitchen, a master suite with private bath, view sitting room with adjoining deck, and home theater. Materials and finishes were selected to create a relaxed elegant design. Throughout the house, historic references were balanced with modern technologies and architectural interventions.
