Thursday, April 17, 2008. Grandma's Got a Brand New Bag. During the month of April I'm knitting these market tote bags. With a group of knitters. And I think this is my preferred choice as it will keep any smaller items from falling through. I've also altered how I do the iCord handles. Even after doing it eight times so far, it still ends up a bit bulky and doesn't look as finished as the rest of the bag. Wednesday, April 16, 2008. CAN you take another Tote? I'm starting to get obsessed with this tote.

Tuesday, February 9, 2010. January Florabunda is finished! OK, I've overcome all the errors of the first block and I finished up another January block and this one is a keeper. I've got to give a big shout out to Erin of One Piece at a Time. For her lovely design and all her help in getting solving the trouble I had on the first block. Friday, March 28, 2008. I picked up two. I stopped by the chain store yesterday to buy my new KAL yarns. Couldn't really find the colors I'd had in my head - I really wanted tangerine and a turquoise. So, unless I get a chance to head up to the yarn store, these will be what I'm going to start with.
