I thought I would put one word Wednesday on hold for a week and share what I've been doing for the sketchbook project since I've been meaning to post about it for a little while now. My theme is "If you lived here." and I'm combining art with real photos that I took around my city and home. I'm also going to do some sketching here and there and whatever else I come up with! Sunday, July 26, 2009. I wish I wasn't such a perfectionist sometimes when it comes to creativity. Those two words definitely do not and should not go together! Many times I forget this and I criticize art journal pages that I do. It does help to paint over things and begin again, but it's also good to just accept what you've done and move on.
