sadfugeeface: June 2014
http://sadfugeeface.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Mostly fiber art stuff. Saturday, June 28, 2014. A different look at life. Looking at recent post's titles, my outlook on life needs to be moving at a better pace than plodding. Of course, I wanted a more boring life than the one I was living in the last couple of years, but plodding? Probably the same ones who nabbed the tomatoes! Saturday, June 28, 2014. Life as I know it. Thursday, June 26, 2014. Here's the roaring stick fire from last Saturday. That pile of sticks put off a LOT of heat. The fabric th...

Mostly fiber art stuff. Tuesday, May 20, 2014. The dust has yet to settle on the divorce. This is annoying and exhausting. A first world problem, for sure. But it is my first world problem and has caused much anxiety for me. I find myself short tempered, sleepless, and unable to concentrate. AND the big dead tree that has caused much worry for the next door neighbors and myself, is coming down tomorrow. Big change in store. Sothe control freak in me is having a hissy fit knowing there are outside forces ...

sadfugeeface: December 2013
http://sadfugeeface.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Mostly fiber art stuff. Thursday, December 26, 2013. Better late than never. This is the photo I used for my Xmas cards this year. The guy across the street owns a photo booth and has a photography studio as well. His photographs are of a very unique style and he has the coolest props for his pictures. The name of his business is Amurica, and can be found on Facebook. He and his wife bought the house about 18 months ago and the family is the perfect addition to this slightly bohemian neighborhood. The ge...

sadfugeeface: Where am I???
http://sadfugeeface.blogspot.com/2015/01/where-am-i.html
Mostly fiber art stuff. Tuesday, January 20, 2015. It's been forever since I last posted. 2014 was a crazy time adjusting to single life and getting my financials in order. Because of my long time in therapy, I have the insight to see this and help myself, in a most patient way. I choose to focus on the grandkids. And my own needs. Especially my need to be creative and productive. I've spent much time over the year, indulging myself with big projects. I built a deck, which is totally awesome! Sister, mot...

sadfugeeface: The newest diversion
http://sadfugeeface.blogspot.com/2014/07/the-newest-diversion.html
Mostly fiber art stuff. Sunday, July 27, 2014. After seeing tape bound journals on a blog a long time ago, I finally figured out how to make one. It was so simple I can't believe it took me so long.duh! The "instructions" are in a paragraph in the late Shereen LaPlantz's book, "Cover to Cover", which has been in my library forever. So now, I have yet another distraction from the horrors of real life and one more excuse for not vacuuming my bedroom. It's pretty horrible under the bed! Sunday, July 27, 2014.
