It's been trickier than imagined, with so many choices! Which details should I include? Should I get them done professionally? Should I go for free offers - but with the manufacturer's details also on? Single sided or double sided? All the same or all different? Should I include photos of work? The list goes on and on! Like taking good photos I suppose.

I've posted three more designs on my Folksy shop, so now it's starting to actually look like something! Resting" (A5 and A6). I've been doing lots of research since opening my Folksy and Etsy shops as I’m looking to improve all the time. The things I hear everywhere are:. 1) Really good photos. 2) SEO titles, tags, etc. 3) Promotion, in whatever form. Forums, Facebook, Twitter, Blog, Craftjuice, etc. 6) Customer Service; go above and beyond. Communication, packaging etc. Hope this is useful!

News from the studio x. Tuesday, 28 September 2010. Autumn is officially here and has now made us start to think about Christmas. Since August there has been the lovely aroma of fresh oranges, lemons and apples drying on racks over the range. I have just started to dry our chillies and bay leaves, the chillies are proving a little difficult to purchase at the moment, our bay leaves are home grown. Spring has well and truly arrived with all the lovely flowers in bloom with there beautiful colours the yellows, oranges, reds, pinks it is quite amazing.
