Life in Ghana

Adventures from my study abroad in Accra, Ghana. Tuesday, March 1, 2011. Back in The USA. After spending about 27 hours in airplanes/airports, my last plane landed in my hometown of Eugene, Oregon in the USA. It was raining, as usual, but didn't feel as cold as I was expecting. I walked out of the terminal to find my mom and dad waiting for me- it was great to get big hugs from the two of them! Please Help Poor People in Ghana, Donate. Packing List For Future Travelers. 3-4 skirts (knee length or longer).

Adventures from my study abroad in Accra, Ghana. Saturday, August 21, 2010. Last night the girls, Sonny, Lucy, Professor Williams, and I went out to a club. It was a lot of fun and quite the experience! The relations and roles of males and females in this culture is very different and will take a lot to get used to! Friday, August 20, 2010. Life in Ghana: Volta Region

http://studyinghana.blogspot.com/2010/11/volta-region.html

Adventures from my study abroad in Accra, Ghana. Wednesday, November 10, 2010. This last weekend our program took the Fab Five (my roommates and myself) on an excursion to the Volta Region. It was a three or four hour comfortable drive east from Accra. I didn’t know what to expect the Volta Region to be like, but I instantly liked what I saw. It has lots of “mountains” (known to Pacific Northwesters as large hills) and is draped in greenery. It was breathtaking! One little monkey jumped onto Gina’s...

Adventures from my study abroad in Accra, Ghana. Tuesday, December 14, 2010. The Last Few Weeks. and Leaving. Welcome to Study In Ghana::.. Get Admitted Into Ghanaian Universities

Why Study In Ghana. Welcome to Study In Ghana. We are working for enrollment of International students in Ghanaian Universities.
