My end users started reporting that they would go to cms.gov and medicaid.gov and nothing would happen. The page just would not load, eventually it would time out but never load. So, I checked from my desk , and it loaded fine. They were all windows servers on VMWare. Some of the servers it worked on had the same version of IE.
