Now it's hard calling this little gem a river, as the days I fished it the cfs(cubic feet per second), was at 26cfs.This is just a mere trickle compaired with most Utah streams. The following morning I did a little research on the computer. I discovered that a five mile stretch from the Canyon mouth to Washington Street was stocked by the state. I am not quite sure where this feeling came from; as I had just experienced some very challenging fly fishing. We were fishing for lake trout, (salve Linus. Namaycush), with fly rods. This was proving. Just what I love! Sure, we could troll, or vertical jig, for these monsters. We could even devise a method for doing these tactics with a fly rod, but, what fun would that be? In gold, blue, and silver.

Machines would grind the rough pulp into a finer and finer product that eventually would become the base product for paper. It was amazing really.
