Friday, 6 September 2013. This time of year is my favourite! Because when people ask me how old they are it comes so easily off the tongue. 7, 8 and 9. I also get "Are they triplets? No, they are not! They are however very close in age! And at this moment in time I can tell that Ryan has just had a growth spurt, Ben is due one which will be closely followed by one for Matthew! Sunday, 14 October 2012. Ben didn't just grow out of his shoe he burst out of them! His toes have been seriously hanging out of them for the last week! The boys decided they would give little athletics a go this summer. It was a very, very tough choice between this and cricket! This is Ben starting the 100m race. His starts reminded both Nathan and I of a swimming relay start! Pity the kid still can't swim due to his ears! So far they are loving it! It was an interesting experience for Nathan and I!

Wednesday, 27 November 2013. Ben's homework this week was to plan, build and appraise something that would be useful or a gift. Ben being Nathan's son designed a bomber. Complete with egg carton jets and juice bottle cockpit. When I read this I hear Nathan! It was completely written, designed and constructed by Ben but it speaks volumes to me about how much Ben and indeed the other two boys idolise their father. It also speaks volumes on the level of Ben's confidence! Gosh I love this kid! Mum of the year.

Saturday, 22 September 2012. Poor, poor Ryan. But it really wasn't our fault because all children were supposed to have two art works displayed at the art show. When we were showing Uncle Brenty through the Art show he found one we had missed Ryan's third! I would have been so upset to miss this one! It is an awesome Viking boat. Especially seeing how Poppy, Nanna and Aunty Teesh have just visited Viking country. Poppy has the hat to match this boat! The Thry Billy Goats Gruff. The Three Billy Goats Gruff.

Friday, 28 June 2013. Another day, another frustration. But how well does this kids take it? Two hearing tests this week. Results exactly the same and still no answers. We need to find someone with a holistic approach to hearing. At this stage it is like the ENT is the left foot and the Audiologist is the right foot and they are walking in separate directions! For now Nathan and I are making up our own plan of attack and heaven help you if you get in our way. Tuesday, 25 June 2013. I want to get off!
