Boy with a toy, oi, oi, oi | Miss A's Class
http://nagambieps.global2.vic.edu.au/2013/06/19/boy-with-a-toy-oi-oi-oi
Miss A's Class. Skip to primary content. Boy with a toy, oi, oi, oi. This week’s spelling focus is oy as in toy and oi as in coin. If the sound we hear is at the end of a word we use oy because English words don’t end in i. Example: toy. If the sound we hear is in the middle of a word, I usually use oi. Example: soil. There are a few words that use oy in the beginning or middle. Example: oyster. This entry was posted in Uncategorized. 11 thoughts on “ Boy with a toy, oi, oi, oi. 19/06/2013 at 11:05 am.

Tuesday, 17 June 2014. After falling off their yacht, the Peggy Sue, 4EL woke up to find themselves on a tropical island. How are we going to survive? The children asked as we explored the lush paradise. We needed to find water, food and shelter fast or we would be in big trouble! The children had to use all of their resourcefulness and team working skills to build shelters, filter water, test foods and attempt to flag down a passing aeroplane! Tuesday, 10 June 2014.
