Farewell Rosenblatt Stadium « Stu Speaks Out
http://stupaul.mlblogs.com/2010/06/11/farewell-rosenblatt-stadium
Stu Paul, Broadcaster of the Nashville Sounds, Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. For the Nashville Sounds, this is their swan song for their final games ever to play at Rosenblatt. The Sounds have won four of their first five games played here this season and even though this ballpark has seen better years, I enjoy the view from the broadcast booth and the field is still in great playing shape. I enjoy the downtown view of Omaha from beyond the left field corner. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Stu Paul, Broadcaster of the Nashville Sounds, Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. A look back on my first year with the Sounds, Triple A and the Pacific Coast League. Well, after another long and grinding, but yet an exciting baseball season, I can now sit back and reflect on my first year with a new team, a new classification and a new league. In any event, I got to meet a lot of the future Sounds and they were all great. Of course, I could tell right away with some of the guys on the team...

Stu Paul, Broadcaster of the Nashville Sounds, Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. Great way to end May and a Great Way to start June! This past Sunday, one of the Sounds’ relief pitchers, Tim Dillard, did a wonderful impersonation of the late great sportscaster, Harry Caray. When I think of Caray, I think of his catch phrase “HOLY COW! Don’t forget to tune in to 104.5 The Zone for tonight’s broadcast of Game 2 of the Sounds-Isotopes series as it will start at 7:00PM sharp. O...Will find out mor...

I’ve had the chance to travel to great cities such as Memphis, New Orleans, Albuquerque, Des Moines, Omaha, Sacramento, etc. Prinicpal Park has a giant playland for youngste...

Stu Paul, Broadcaster of the Nashville Sounds, Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. Well, folks, this is my first blog as the new radio voice of the Nashville Sounds and I am delighted to be here in the Music City and to make my move up the ladder after a marvelous decade of covering a variety of sports in San Antonio, Texas, including the play-by-play assignment as one of the radio voices of the San Antonio Missions, the AA affiliate of the San Diego Padres. I have been fortunate enough to broad...
