The Life and Times of Nicholas Walker. Saturday, April 29, 2006. April 17th - 29th, 2006 Training. Well I decided to lump all of my training for the past 2 weeks together as I have hardly been running. I had a good workout a couple weeks ago, but nothing spectacular and I was seeming to bike and swim more than I run.oh well. So here is how my training has gone. Monday - 48min run. The Life and Times of Nicholas Walker. Tuesday, November 28, 2006. Josh and I built an igloo last night and then we slept in it. It was a little too cozy with Josh but still sweet. Anyways, as for my training here is a breakdown:. 15 - 22min 56min run. 16 - 60min w/ 5min tempo. 17 - 60min really easy. 19 - raced Bear Mtn. 10k (37:07) - ran as a tempo. 21 - 44min w/ 5min tempo. 23 - 70min w/ 2x10min tempo.
