WEDDING CAKE DESIGNER -. Unique and beautiful cakes. Here it is, a towering, nearly four foot high croquembouche with rice paper peonies. I was approached by a bride to make a croquembouche for her wedding in September 2014. This croquembouche is very beautiful and was a real talking point.
