A PEEK INTO MY LIFE. Friday, May 2, 2014. Today I saw a recipe for buffalo chicken meatballs, but I altered it so much, I ended up with a brand new recipe. These meatballs are delicious! MY BUFFALO PORK MEATBALLS. Prep time : 10 minutes. Cook time : 20 minutes (350F). Yield : 36 meatballs. 1 pound ground pork. 1/4 onion or more. 1 small yellow squash. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 cup hot sauce, divided (recipe at bottom). Preheat oven to 350F. Line cookie sheet with foil and coat with nonstick spray.
