Riding the rails around the world. Monday, September 22, 2008. As of Sept. 2008 I have cached in US (obviously), Belgium, Germany, Japan and Israel. I had some the most bizzarre experiences caching in Israel, and not what you might think. There are only 100 caches in the entire country of Israel, and they are not visited that frequently. My hotel is 1.5 blocks away from the 44th Street station on the new Valley Metro Light Rail. I have watched the construction of the line for the past 4 years.
