Ok, he didn’t, but the man who brought Scrooge and A Christmas Carol to life for me had his final curtain call on Monday night. Here. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Pear in a Partridge Tree. News, Views, and Random Thoughts: December 2013
http://st-pov.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
News, Views, and Random Thoughts. Tuesday, December 24, 2013. Dear Family and Friends,. Merry Christmas to you all! I love this season as the year comes to a close and gives us an opportunity to reflect on the last 12 months and look forward to the next 12 months. As you may have noticed, I have a somewhat unusual picture headlining this year's Christmas Card. Major focus of 2013 for me as I planned and prepared for, and eventually ran the Top of Utah Marathon on September 21, 2013, but with no sled!

Steph and Stuff: Eleanor asked for a story...
http://stephersandstuff.blogspot.com/2012/05/eleanor-asked-for-story.html
Thursday, May 24, 2012. Eleanor asked for a story. Once upon a time, there was a young girl named Eleanor who loved everything about nature. On her way home from school one afternoon, Eleanor somehow spotted a baby bird stuck upside down in a bush at the end of the driveway. The little finch was still, and Eleanor thought it was dead. Gently she scooped up the tiny body, her heart breaking as her mind whirled about what to do next. But then the bird moved! Labels: feeding baby finch. Rescue wild baby bird.

News, Views, and Random Thoughts. Thursday, December 16, 2010. A Christmas Greeting From Me to You! Dear Family and Friends,. I love Christmas time. It is so magical and beautiful. As Kermit “Bob Cratchit” sings in The Muppet Christmas Carol, “The world is at her best, you know, when people love and care.” I have seen and felt much love and care this year, and I have seen how love can change lives for the better. And so, as Tiny Tim observed, God bless Us, Every One! Love and peace,. Going Back to Work.

News, Views, and Random Thoughts: June 2010
http://st-pov.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
News, Views, and Random Thoughts. Thursday, June 10, 2010. 8211; though NOT sad! 8211; and is a bit spontaneous, having been prompted by a dream I had last night about my friend Emily Roosevelt. Emily died 2 months ago this coming Sunday at age 40 following complications after her heart transplant from June 2008. If I had been nervous at all about my interviews that day, by the time I finished with Em, I was completely relaxed. It was definitely the best interview ever! Love you, Em! Http:/ www.heart...

The Strong Opinions: Random Update.
http://thestrongopinions.blogspot.com/2012/04/random-update.html
Thursday, April 19, 2012. Today I went to Walmart with only one child in tow. Usually I go with both or none, but Martell was working on homework, so he was semi-available to watch the kiddos. I took T. to keep him from attacking Martell's laptop. When I got there I counted no less than 6 available two kid carts. What? Why does this never happen when I have both? I hope this pregnancy goes as well as the last two. What fun to have fresh blackberries (for free)! April 20, 2012 at 5:45 AM. April 20, 2012 a...

News, Views, and Random Thoughts: June 2009
http://st-pov.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
News, Views, and Random Thoughts. Friday, June 26, 2009. This was in yesterday's Deseret News:. I bought red grapes at Costco last week. And I have arachnophobia. Just looking at pictures of spiders is enough to stop my heart from beating for a second. I sometimes hang a plastic spider on a web in my office during Halloween, and it looks so real that it scares ME every time I look at it even though I'm the one that put it up! Sunday, June 21, 2009. Steph and Stuff: Half is better than whole (This time, anyway)
http://stephersandstuff.blogspot.com/2012/06/half-is-better-than-whole-this-time.html
Wednesday, June 13, 2012. Half is better than whole (This time, anyway). Since Ogden (almost 4 weeks ago), I've returned to being a much happier runner, I'm a whole lot more relaxed, and . drum roll. running is fun again! This past Saturday I ran in a local race - Teton Dam Half Marathon - and spent the entire 13.1 miles grinning in giddy glee because I was just so happy, so incredibly happy, that I wasn't running the Full! And cheering me on. I loved it. One of them said, "Run faster! And gray shirts...
