Thursday, January 28, 2010. I went to BYU's Y-Be-Fit. Center today to have my body composition tested in their BodPod. It's similar to the old hydrostatic weighing method - except you don't have to get dunked in the pool and blow all the air out your lungs. The Bod Pod uses air rather than water displacement to measure body volume. It's very cool. And I'm happy with my results! Saturday, January 2, 2010. Parody on Twilight/singles wards. Monday, February 28, 2011. No I Do Not Want Fries With That. I came across this documentary on Netflix. Friday, February 25, 2011. I may just have found an even greater love for oatmeal. I attended a cooking class at my local grocery store tonight and the featured guest has created 75 recipes for oatmeal. It has opened a new world of possibilities. She made a few recipes of baked oatmeal. I have never had baked oatmeal before but it was divine. You can purchase her book on Amazon. 188; t baking powder.

Sunday, February 13, 2011. Went to 'Miao Hui' with my parents today. Still remember that the 1st time i went is to do video shooting, with joe, sis, yifan and uncle lim. We hold the video cam under the hot sun just to shoot Lim Guan Eng givin speech! There are a lot of things to see n eat at the Miao Hui and it's very crowded.
