Wednesday, September 15, 2010. Saturday, July 10, 2010. GARDEN KEEPS ME BUSY. Guess what I've been doing? Picking, shelling, cutting up, freezing, pickling, and canning. We have truly been blessed with a beautiful garden this year. I've canned tomatoes, canned salsa, green beans, peas,okra, green tomatoes, pepper sauce, and pickles. For years there have been moments in my life where people remind me of my height, youthful curse, or origin. Many times people do not mean to be mean but there are many times I cannot help but be offended. Looking back at most instances I find them humorous, so much in fact that I need to share them with you. Bui: Muong name, from Hoa Binh province in Vietnam. Chu: Family name with Chinese roots. Hoang: means yellow, which is the royal color, and can infer royalty. Lie u: Chinese background.

The week-end
Tuesday, March 6, 2007. I think I have finally figured this blogging thing out! I have never done this before, and I think I was starting at the wrong point every time. Instead of adding to my blog I was creating a new one each time, forgive me. I had a little free time this morning so I thought I would look around and see if I could figure it out, and I think I have.
