I cannot believe it has been over a year since I added to my blog. This is crazy! I'd like to say that I have written faithfully and that somehow, there was a glich and I just now realized it.but, I can't! 80 hour work weeks were common for many months. But, alas, we are in and loving it! About 10,000 sq feet of bliss! Everything is NEW and CLEAN and FRESH!

Battle that is.always a problem, always a work in progress, always 3 steps forward and 2 steps back.sometimes, more back than forward! I have "done" more diets in my lifetime than I can list.and my body knows it. This past Monday, I decided to "DO" a diet I have never done before. That was actually hard to find! So, I went to Wal-Mart and bought a case of Slim-Fast. Bought some apples and bananas for my snacks.
