Cycling is by far my favorite, but really I am game to anything that gets me outside. On a side note – my outward appearance does not necessarily physically reflect my capacity to exercise (interpret that as you wish – haha! But I am living proof that you can be overweight and still exercise, be fit, and have fun doing it!
