An Assortment of Gourmet Recipes. Sunday, September 16, 2012. Sweet and Sour BBQ Chicken and Vermicelli Rice. 2 cloves garlic, crushed. 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar. Juice of 1/2 a lime. Juice of 1/2 a lemon. 1/3 cup light brown sugar. 2 Tbsp. mustard (regular or dijon). 1/2 tsp. black pepper. 4 Tbsp. olive oil. Grill the chicken for about 4 minutes per side or until the juices run clear. During the last minutes of cooking, baste the chicken with one portion of the reserved sauce to glaze. 1 1/4 cups rice.
