Wednesday, 5 May 2010. Cheeky chappie, bish-bash-bosh, pukka. Persona, but his heart is in the right place and Fifteen is proof that his ideas are not just pie in the sky. And his passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients is at the heart of each restaurant. Yes please, more of the yummy olive oil too - and maybe some balsamic? Saturday, 30 January 2010. Back to the eggs though. Omelettes and scrambled eggs are made with 5 or 6 eggs per person - are these extra small eggs we ask? Back to the eggs - mine, scrambled with Chanterelles, are served in a deep bowl and are oozing with butter. Sublime scrambled eggs that are so rich it's impossible to finish without enlisting help.
