Sue in South America. Friday, May 28, 2010. For nearly 3 weeks. Went to the beach, did some diving, one of which was a night dive which was really cool. Saw much better stuff than in the Galapagos which is shocking.and only 30 quid for 2 dives. Fish, octopus, plankton glowing in the dark. Was glad to get back to a bed! Florianopolis was rubbish in the end as was rainy and cloudy and as it´s a beach hol spot there was no point sticking around so I am now in Argentina! Sue in South America. Saturday, February 27, 2010. Huge earthquake in Santiago.tsunami hit Hawaii so I am alive for now.though I hear the quakes are heading up north? I am off to San Pedro tomorrow night however, so away from the coast and the tsunamis so all good probably! Saw another of Pablo Neruda´s houses which has great views of Valpo. Sue in South America. Sunday, May 9, 2010. Flight to Santa Marta - the Caribbean coast yay. Off on a flight with Aires in a bit to Santa Marta, 30 quid which is much better than 20 hours on a bus. Bogota was great, went to some museums which were actually good, one being Botero who does fat versions of everything such as Mona Lisa and Jesus Christ, then another had random stuff like a naked guy and girl walking into each other. Sue in South America. Wednesday, April 14, 2010. Spent the day looking for tours and booked one for 6 days for 1500 dollars. Floreana boat with Viajero Travel. After we paid up, we were given beers and then the agent took us to his apartment for dinner. Bit strange but was an experience! He is even driving us to the airport tomorrow. Yay off on holiday tomorrow! Prob come back from Galapagos Monday 26 as will spend a few days doing our own thing and going to Isabela island. Flying to Quito on Aerogal.

Sunday, October 24, 2010. I used Michelle Perkett's fairy digi for my 3 month old granddaughter. I went to my daughter and husbands house to see Isabel and everyone fell asleep including the baby.
