Direct Debit – JEC Essex Thameside
http://www.jecessexthameside.co.uk/2015/03/direct-debit
AJ Servicing and Repairs. Aaron’s History of Jaguar Cars. As mentioned at our Club Night in March, the committee proposes to offer the option of collecting annual membership subscriptions by direct debit. Arrangements have been set up with GoCardless, an online direct debit agency and, subject to confirmation at the club’s AGM, will be launched in May. Direct debit offers many benefits, both for the club and for members. For example:. The club would save costs by reducing the amount spent on postage.

AJ Servicing and Repairs. Aaron’s History of Jaguar Cars. More of Peter Davey’s Mark 2. The continuing story of a Jaguar Mark 2 3.8 MOD, registration 5949 DD. Why a Jaguar Mark 2? The Initial Driving Experience. Works carried out by Jaguar. The car had done 80,050 miles when I purchased her in 1997. The current mileage is 90,104 so I have driven 10,054 miles in 17 years or 591 miles a year. The car is used on a regular basis at least once a month, but I never start her up unless I go out for a drive of a...

Goodwood Revival 2014 – JEC Essex Thameside
http://www.jecessexthameside.co.uk/2014/12/goodwood-revival-2014
AJ Servicing and Repairs. Aaron’s History of Jaguar Cars. Every year the Goodwood Revival weekend is the highlight of my September. I’ve attended regularly for eleven years, becoming a club member from 2006. It usually benefits from Indian summer weather – I can only remember two occasions on which it was a washout – and is always a wonderful spectacle, often eventful. This year was no exception. The perfect trackside seat. It’s also about the people. All visitors to the Revival are encouraged ...And the...

London Excel Classic Car Show 2015 – JEC Essex Thameside
http://www.jecessexthameside.co.uk/2015/02/london-excel-classic-car-show-2015
AJ Servicing and Repairs. Aaron’s History of Jaguar Cars. London Excel Classic Car Show 2015. Five cars in particular caught my eye. The first was, to my mind, the most glamorous and desirable car in the show: a 1935 Mercedes-Benz 500K roadster with Art Deco mother-of-pearl dashboard and a straight eight, supercharged (“Kompressor”) 5 litre engine, widely considered to be one of the most elegant and beautiful pre-war cars ever built. Displayed by Vintage and Prestige. Replica of Ford Saxon prototype.
