Faruk Dilaver was born in 1946 in the District of Vezirkopru, the Province of Samsun, Turkey. He studied at Academy of Economics and Business Sciences in Eskisehir, Turkey. He took computer courses in Germany and the UK. He had great services to introduce to and popularize the computer in Turkey. He also trained many experts in this field. He still delivers speeches at national and international seminars and conferences on love, peace, and brotherhood.
