Spare Thoughts

December 30, 2010. I've been toying with the idea of shutting this thing down. After all it's been over a year since I last posted. In that time, I've been a busy bee. There were lots of family changes, illness, lots of work and school stuff going on. I can honestly say that 2010 was chaotic. Moving forward into 2011, I am focusing on new goals. I'm almost done with my program and need to find a job (Boo! Besides that, I want this new year to be filled with more fun and personal enrichment. Fun to be had.

January 28, 2009. My secondary purpose for going to DC last weekend was to check out some of my options for grad school. I think I got a decent feel for the campus lifestyle at each school and can weigh and measure my options better now that I have been there in the flesh.
