Tuesday, November 20, 2012. This recipe makes two pumpkin cheesecakes. 2 Graham Cracker Pie Crusts. Pkg (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese. 1 15oz can of. Oven to 325°F . Cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each just until blended. Stir pumpkin and spices into batter. The Emotional Minefield that is Raising an (Almost) 7 Year Old. This whole raising a girl thing is IN-Freaking-SANE. Her creative flair has always been one of my favorite things about her. Kaeli.
