Makes a great side or main dish. :). 3 cups Minute rice ( uncooked) can use white or brown. 1 cup diced celery. 1 cup chopped onion. 16 oz cheese whiz (jar). 2 cans cream of mushroom soup. 16 oz frozen chopped broccoli. It's a great quick meal to throw together in the morning and by evening you have a delicious healthy filling for tacos :). 1 can seasoned black beans, drained. 1 can whole kernel corn, drained. 1 pkg taco seasoning. Like Cracker Barrel’s. 1 can cream of chicken soup. 8 oz shredded cheese. 189; cup melted butter. 189; tsp salt. 189; tsp pepper. 2 lb bag frozen shredded hash browns. Combine soup, cheese, butter, onion, salt, and pepper in mixing bowl. Add potatoes and mix. Pour mixture into 9 x 13 x 2 greased baking pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350o.
