Memories in the making. December 02, 2012. It's such a lovely place to visit at any time of the year, but particularly around the holidays. We spent the better part of the day there this Saturday, Dec. 1st. In honor of Pop's birthday, we took the kids there to see Santa. I'll spare the details on the entire process. but Santa was pretty special. It was a fairly lengthy process, and then there was the cookie decorating, the reindeer, and me trying to squeeze in a few photos that took up most of the time.

Memories in the making. July 14, 2012. Ah, the lake. Our little old cottage is showing it's years, and a whole lotta love. It's got good bones, and has been around to see 5 generations of Denslow's. Pretty impressive. There's not a whole lot of new things that happen at the lake, which is not a bad thing at all. Memories in the making. October 07, 2012. This is probably the 4th year that I've written about my most favorite fall activity. pumpkin picking! And not just from a bin at the nearby store, but actually trudging out into the field to pull the pumpkin off the vine.
