I have invented a weight-loss program that can't not. Here's my fail-proof, 5-step approach:. Go to your kitchen. Whip up a batch of these Maple Sugar Ragamuffins. Do a few jumping jacks while they bake. Eat one, or half of one. See how simple that is? 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 Tablespoon maple sugar. 1 Tablespoon baking powder. 3/4 cup whole milk.
